Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

We accept returns only in cases where the product is delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return:

• Email connect@stash-pro.com within 3 days of delivery.
• Attach your order ID and clear images of the unused product in its original condition.

Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• No refunds are provided for used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive products.

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment.
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
